Get inspired to work out in a fun, motivating group environment!

Park Fitness offers 45-minute, in-studio group exercise classes throughout the work week to keep you moving and feeling good. Best of all, the classes are included with your membership and these workouts are designed to meet the needs and goals of the majority of the population while accommodating all skill and fitness levels.

K-Flow Yoga

Strengthen and stretch in this weekly, all-levels yoga flow class. K-Flow Yoga provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength, and relaxation.

Get fit with this weekly HIIT class! K-Fit HIIT incorporates high-intensity interval training by combining cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity, followed by a short, low-intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is designed to help you build strength and increase endurance, so you’ll be challenged to push individual limits and finish feeling strong and proud!

K-Restore Yoga

Restore, renew and recover in this weekly, all-levels yoga class. This class goes beyond the hustle and muscle and is wonderful for those seeking the benefits of a relaxing and gentle practice. Deep restorative work improves joint range of motion/mobility and reduces pain. Students with injuries or limitations will benefit most, but all are welcome to reap the rewards from this type of yoga practice!

Achieve greater fat loss and total body conditioning with this weekly class! This circuit-style training class uses various work-to-rest ratios to progressively increase intensity and work your CNS and cardiorespiratory system to the max! Participants will learn how to safely incorporate higher intensities into their training regimen with a combination of intervals on various cardio equipment paired with resistance exercises for a full-body metabolic conditioning workout.

Roll & Release

Address those common areas of pain and tension in your body using various self-myofascial release techniques and equipment in this pop-up class. Treat muscle imbalances and immobility by inhibiting overactive muscles and releasing tension knots, improve blood circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in your muscles to improve flexibility, muscle recovery, movement efficiency, and reduce pain with just minutes of application.
