Get inspired to work out in a fun, motivating group environment!

Park Fitness offers 45-minute, in-studio group exercise classes throughout the work week to keep you moving and feeling good. Best of all, the classes are included with your membership and these workouts are designed to meet the needs and goals of the majority of the population while accommodating all skill and fitness levels.

K-Flow Yoga

Strengthen and stretch in this weekly, all-levels yoga flow class. 

Explore your breath, deepen your flexibility, enhance your mobility, improve your balance, build strength, and reconnect your mind and body to one another and the world around you.
You’ll learn to ride the waves of movement as you enjoy the freedom to flow through familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class will energize and empower you to find flexibility, mobility, strength, and relaxation.

K-Fit H.I.I.T.

Get fit with this weekly H.I.I.T. class!

K-Fit H.I.I.T. incorporates high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) by combining cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity, followed by a short, low-intensity recovery period to build your cardiorespiratory and strength endurance. You’ll be challenged to push individual limits, but you’ll leave feeling strong and proud!

K-Restore Yoga

Restore your body’s natural alignment, rejuvenate your mind, and recover with ease in this weekly, all-levels Restorative Yoga class.
K-Restore Yoga goes beyond the hustle and muscle with a more relaxing and gentle practice that focuses on deep, restorative work to improve joint range of motion, mobility and to reduce pain. Students with injuries or limitations will benefit most, but all are welcome to reap the rewards from this type of yoga practice!

Get “shredded” with this weekly class! K-Shred is a total-body metabolic conditioning workout featuring cardio and strength training blocks designed to maximize your calorie burn to achieve greater fat loss, build muscle, increase speed and power, and enhance your stabilization and cardiorespiratory endurance. 
This circuit-style training class incorporates cardio training using various equipment, paired with resistance exercises in various work-to-rest time ratios to progressively increase exercise intensity and work your CNS and cardio systems to the max! This workout will surely challenge and help you realize your full potential.
